[Good Idea, Badder Idea]

Maybe WORSE idea?

I really liked the ending and how you made fun of a suicide by adding stupid music.
That's what's good.
But I wish you made the sky more colorful and you picked wrong style of drawing people. They don't even have noses.

A few tips

I'd like to give rating to the story. I'd like to rate it 0/10. Well, first of all the story too short and it contains too many things senselessly linked to each other. And it also makes absolutely no sense, the author was probably somewhat affected when he was writing that. I'd suggest the author to write stories based on real events.
And also a few tips to the artist. Never use brush to draw structures and items and other non-character objects. You made a huge mistake when you drawn the shotgun and buildings in the beginning with brush (use lines). And the outlines were inaccurate/inexact, probably because you used no sketches (a premade image on paper) and tried to outline it more than once. Well, you have to draw the outlines only once, and if you mess up, you should start it over.

Unconfident voice acting

Your voice is not good for voicing movies. You should really work on your voice to record it on microphone and then use in flash. It's not THAT simple actually.

And about your frame by frame work. The parodies are funny, but drawings have to be more detailed, and you have to draw more character movement in every frame. While in your movie the same pose of a character repeats for quite a long time. It got to always move. And also the drawings are way too simple. You must add lots of detail to characters and even to the background. If remembering every detail for a character poses a problem, you can always use a piece of paper to write it down. Personally, I remember every single detail on the character and don't waste paper.

Why about study?

Why is this Work won't do itself? From the theme, I think it could be Exams won't do themselves. But that's just my point. And by the way this is the most creative flash I've watched so far. Though, the art was rough (too little detail) and plain (didn't have color variations on same tiles), the idea is a strong point to give this 4/5.

[Super Wizard Quest]

this is weird

The background is really good. But the animation was going too fast, and it's just 5 seconds long. I know it's hard and long too make, but at least you could give the wizard a hat, and I have no idea why this is named "Quest" - it's all so incoherent, that it has no sense. Please make animations with sense.

Blurry credits

In the very last part of the movie there go credits. The problem is that they go too fast, but they should go slowly and from top to bottom. Anyway I couldn't make out any names from there.

I think you should keep the drawings in credits, but remake them to be readably while moving. Overall the move is great.
