Great art

Lots of highlights, same muscular male bodies almost on every piece of art. Lots of muscles, and all same. Tom Fulp looks like a killing machine!
But I really need to mention that the midi-keyboard (of ThatComposerGuy) doesn't actually look like the one which is drawn in this flash. And the gun in Just2Pale is missing load of details (underbarrel, trigger, iron sight) and overall looks fictional.
The waves and explosions are looking sweet.
I'd suggest you add yourself and write: makes great art.

Finally starring pedobear

Making pedobear a hero of flash movies is a great idea. I wish he'd win or you made their fight longer.
And I think this movie lacks camera movements at some points where it's necessary, like the sudden pedobear's attack.
Maybe you could draw something on your own, not just use sprite sheets.
Overall it's not great but it's decent.

Unconfident voice acting

Your voice is not good for voicing movies. You should really work on your voice to record it on microphone and then use in flash. It's not THAT simple actually.

And about your frame by frame work. The parodies are funny, but drawings have to be more detailed, and you have to draw more character movement in every frame. While in your movie the same pose of a character repeats for quite a long time. It got to always move. And also the drawings are way too simple. You must add lots of detail to characters and even to the background. If remembering every detail for a character poses a problem, you can always use a piece of paper to write it down. Personally, I remember every single detail on the character and don't waste paper.
2/5. Put more effort and don't submit poorly done projects to newgrounds.

Why about study?

Why is this Work won't do itself? From the theme, I think it could be Exams won't do themselves. But that's just my point. And by the way this is the most creative flash I've watched so far. Though, the art was rough (too little detail) and plain (didn't have color variations on same tiles), the idea is a strong point to give this 4/5.

[Super Wizard Quest]

this is weird

The background is really good. But the animation was going too fast, and it's just 5 seconds long. I know it's hard and long too make, but at least you could give the wizard a hat, and I have no idea why this is named "Quest" - it's all so incoherent, that it has no sense. Please make animations with sense.
